School Fees Information
At St. Nicholas Junior High, we are committed to providing a rich and well-rounded educational experience for all our students. In accordance with this commitment, the School Fee Schedule outlines the maximum potential fees that may be charged for various programs, activities, and resources throughout the school year.

Not all listed fees will be charged to every family. The amounts provided represent the maximum that could be applied for each item or activity. Actual fees may vary depending on the participation of your child in specific programs, events, or grade-level activities.
We encourage families to review the schedule carefully and reach out to the school office if you have any questions or require clarification.
School fees are due by September 29, 2026. Online payments can be made at https://powerschool.ecsd.net or call the school at 780.474.3713. Cheques or cash payments accepted at the office.
Transportation
Due to the low volume of families using our yellow bus service, there will be no yellow bus service for regular programming, except for students enrolled in our WIN Jr. Program.
If your child requires ETS bus transportation, ARC cards are available at the office at no cost for first-time users. A monthly fee of $60 is applied to the card and can be paid through Parent PowerSchool. Replacement ARC cards are available at the office for $6.00.
